Help bring Arbor & Grain to the places people gather. We’re looking for independent, personable sales leaders to grow our presence at local events in two California regions.

We make full-grain leather bags designed for everyday use. Our events team introduces them to customers in person at farmers markets, wine festivals, arts and crafts festivals, rodeos, church events, holiday markets, and other promising gatherings.

This is a hands-on sales role with a voice in the business: help choose worthwhile shows, tell us what customers want, and bring your own thoughtful touches to your booth within our brand guidelines.

Partnership Opportunity: Part-Time Local Events & Sales Manager with Our Growing Brand!

Location: North Bay - Sausalito · Tiburon · Novato · surrounding communities

Schedule: Part-time, event-based; primarily weekends
Compensation: $20 hourly rate + 10% commission or $10 hourly rate + 20% commission. $40 total per day for setup and teardown. Travel expenses are paid by mile up to 20 miles. (You do local events so won’t need to drive far.)

We’re looking for a personable, self-directed local Events & Sales Manager to represent the brand at farmers markets, wine festivals, arts and crafts shows, rodeos, church events, holiday markets, and other promising local events.

This is more than standing behind a table. We want someone who enjoys selling and wants a meaningful voice in building a local market. You’ll help identify worthwhile shows, share what customers are asking for, and shape the presentation of your booth within Arbor & Grain’s brand guidelines.

What you’ll do

• Recommend and evaluate local events, including expected costs, audience, and sales potential.
• Transport, set up, run, and pack down a welcoming sales booth.
• Introduce customers to our bags, answer questions, and make sales.
• Keep track of sales, customer feedback, and event results.
• Help refine displays and event strategy based on what works.
• If interested, identify local retail and wholesale opportunities. Broader retail accounts may be explored by agreement.

What we’re looking for

• Confidence speaking with customers and a genuine interest in selling.
• Sound judgment, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
• A car, valid driver’s license, a driving record that meets applicable insurance requirements, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to safely transport and set up basic booth equipment—including one or two folding tables, tabletop décor, and, when used, a 10×10 canopy—with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Availability for events that may include weekends and seasonal holidays.

Experience in events, retail, markets, or wholesale sales is welcome, but we’re especially interested in people who can connect with customers and take ownership of results.
